Payment Terms (Sastra Innovations)

These Payment Terms ("Payment Terms") govern all payment transactions for paid consultation services on sastra.io (the "Site"). By making a payment, you agree to these Payment Terms in addition to our Terms of Use.

1) Payment Methods

We accept payments through PhonePe payment gateway. All payments are processed securely through PhonePe's infrastructure.

2) Consultation Pricing

• Free Consultation: Initial discovery call (no payment required)
• Paid Consultation: ₹5,000 (INR) for detailed technical consultation

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3) Payment Processing

• Payments are processed immediately upon submission
• You will be redirected to PhonePe's secure payment page to complete the transaction
• Payment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide
• We will contact you within 1-2 business days after successful payment to schedule your consultation

4) Currency and Taxes

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices include applicable taxes (GST) as per Indian tax regulations
• For international clients, currency conversion is handled by the payment gateway

5) Payment Security

• All payment transactions are processed securely through PhonePe
• We do not store your payment card details or banking information
• Payment data is encrypted and transmitted securely
• Your payment information is subject to PhonePe's privacy policy and security practices

6) Payment Confirmation

• Upon successful payment, you will receive:
  • A payment confirmation email
  • A transaction ID for your records
  • Confirmation of your consultation request

7) Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

• You will be notified of the failure reason
• No charges will be applied to your payment method
• You may retry the payment or contact us for assistance

8) Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review the refund policy before making a payment.

9) Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have concerns about a charge:

1. Contact us first at the email address provided in your confirmation
2. We will work with you to resolve any issues
3. Please do not initiate a chargeback without contacting us first

10) Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify consultation pricing at any time. Changes will not affect consultations already paid for and scheduled.

12) Governing Law

These Payment Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from payments will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
