Refund Policy (Sastra Innovations)

This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for paid consultation services on sastra.io (the "Site").

1) Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for paid consultations under the following circumstances:

Full Refund

  • Consultation canceled by us (due to scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or other reasons on our part)
  • Consultation not scheduled within 14 business days of payment (unless you request a delay)
  • Duplicate payment for the same consultation
  • Technical error resulting in multiple charges for a single consultation

Partial Refund (50%)

  • Consultation canceled by you more than 48 hours before the scheduled time

No Refund

  • Consultation canceled by you less than 48 hours before the scheduled time
  • Consultation completed (you attended and received the consultation)
  • No-show (you did not attend the scheduled consultation without prior cancellation)

2) Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Us: Use one of the following methods:

    • Contact page on the Site
    • Chat feature (request "Refund inquiry")
    • Email: info@sastra.io
  2. Provide Information:

    • Transaction ID (from your payment confirmation email)
    • Email address used for payment
    • Reason for refund request
    • Consultation date (if applicable)
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days

  4. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

3) Refund Timeline

  • Review: 2-3 business days
  • Processing: 7-10 business days after approval
  • Credit to Account: Depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 3-5 additional business days)

Total time from request to credit: approximately 12-18 business days

4) Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • If the original payment method is no longer available, we may require alternative verification
  • We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or bank account

5) Consultation Rescheduling

Instead of a refund, you may choose to reschedule your consultation:

  • Free rescheduling: More than 48 hours before scheduled time
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours: May be subject to availability and additional charges

6) Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues during payment:

  • Contact us immediately with transaction details
  • We will investigate and provide a solution
  • If the issue results in an unauthorized charge, a full refund will be provided

7) Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the refund decision:

  1. Contact us for further discussion
  2. We will review your case and provide a detailed explanation
  3. If a resolution cannot be reached, refer to our Terms of Use for dispute resolution procedures

8) Free Consultations

Free consultations do not involve payment and are not subject to this refund policy.

9) Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not affect refund requests submitted before the policy change.
