These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sastra.io (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) About this Site

This Site provides information about Sastra Innovations, our services, and links to our product websites. Product websites may have separate terms and policies. These Terms apply only to sastra.io.

2) Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes, including learning about our services, requesting consultation, viewing resources and case studies, and applying for careers.

3) Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, systems, or networks
  • interfere with Site operation (e.g., malware, abusive scraping, denial-of-service)
  • upload or transmit malicious code
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

If you use the Chat or submit forms, you agree that:

  • you will provide accurate information,
  • you will not submit content you do not have the right to share,
  • you will not upload illegal, harmful, or confidential third-party material without permission.

If you upload files (RFPs/briefs), you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and authority to share them.

5) Intellectual property

All Site content (text, visuals, logos, UI, and materials) is owned by Sastra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content for internal business evaluation, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without written permission.

6) Resources and informational content

Resources and blog content are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional guidance before acting on any information.

7) Third-party services and links

The Site may link to third-party websites and tools (including Google scheduling pages). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

8) Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sastra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

If liability cannot be excluded, Sastra’s aggregate liability will be limited to the amount (if any) you paid to use the Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (typically ₹0 for a public website).

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Sastra harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

11) Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Site, users, or Sastra.

13) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
